The bill stipulates improve the system of conducting mobilization, conducting measures on partial mobilization in short terms, increasing defense capacity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military units.
The bill particularly suggests:
create conditions for providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military units with personnel and equipment during mobilization;
ensure prerogative right for military men, called in during mobilization, to remain at the military service;
protect citizens of Ukraine, called in during mobilization, from penal sanctions for financial liabilities, etc.
Amendments are suggested to be made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and the Labour Code of Ukraine, the laws “On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization”, “On Military Duty and Military Service”, “On social and legal protection of military men and their family members”, “On foundations of preventing and combating corruption”, “On Higher Education”, “On State Procurement”, and “On pensions for persons discharged from military service, and some others”.
